Requirements:
2+ years of customer success, account management, or sales experience. Confident, clear communicator with excellent English (verbal and written). Highly organized, disciplined, and able to self-manage in a remote environment. Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude. Entrepreneurial mindset. Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working across departments. Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field (Nice to Have). SaaS/IoT experience or familiarity with subscription-based business models (Nice to Have). Previous success in customer advocacy roles (Nice to Have).
Responsibilities:
Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support. Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Build trust and uncover customer needs. Negotiate renewals, close expansion deals, and encourage referrals/reviews. Track, analyze, and report on customer metrics. Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams. Plan, organize, and execute outreach.
