Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred; equivalent experience desired 2 – 3 years of marketing experience, internships, or early career experience acceptable Demonstrated experience managing projects, campaigns, or digital assets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong project management and organization skills Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently with limited resources while managing multiple projects Creative, collaborative mindset Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing platforms Experience with Canva, or other design platforms Working knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics dashboards Comfortable understanding, interpreting, and relaying campaign analytics and digital performance metrics
