Develop technical approach, schedules, and fee estimates for proposals. Maintain quality control through design reviews and calculation checks. Coordinate and attend client meetings, including public hearings. Lead construction administration tasks. Demonstrate awareness of corporate priorities. Understand contract terms and conditions. Participate in external associations and present technical papers. Identify areas of potential claims. May manage a direct report.
