Develops and negotiates scopes, fees, and schedules with sub-consultants. Develops technical solutions to complex projects. Assists in the development and execution of all aspects of the project scope of work. Serves as the Technical Lead in respective discipline for complex projects. Supervises and trains less experienced staff. Develops technical approach, schedules, and fee estimates for proposals. Maintains quality control within the discipline. Assists in the coordination and attends client meetings. Assists Project Manager by leading construction administration tasks. Demonstrates awareness of corporate priorities regarding quality of work, client satisfaction, and project profitability. Understands and is aware of contract terms and conditions, professional liability matters. Participates in approved external associations and professional conferences. Identifies areas of potential claims. May manage a direct report.
