2+ years in a technical leadership role. 10+ years in hands-on Full Stack software engineering. Significant experience across frontend, backend, and DevOps. Expertise in Web frontends creation and architecture. Experience with mobile application development (native or hybrid). Proven strong analytical thinking and data-driven approach. Extensive experience with web performance measures and optimization at scale.

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Frontend/Full Stack and Backend engineers. Serve as a Full Stack tech-leader, contributing to the design and development of architectures and full stack solutions. Define and execute the team's charter, focusing on end-to-end customer interactions. Develop and oversee observability systems for the Ad Display platform. Provide governance for cross-team ad rollout, defining best practices for testing and deployment. Lead complex technical projects at massive scale. Collaborate with stakeholders and other engineering teams.
