Requirements:
Deep familiarity with the current AI landscape (evaluations, reasoning systems, agentic architectures, context engineering). Demonstrated track record of shipping high impact products working with AI, with at least 5 years of engineering experience. Exceptional programming skills, speed, and AI-first workflows. Experience with experiment design, A/B testing, and statistical analysis. Working knowledge of model deployment, inference optimization, and scaling considerations. Proficiency with API integrations across multiple LLM providers. Experience working in remote, fast-paced, iterative development environments.
