6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within a product-focused or consumer tech environment Strong command of SQL (advanced: optimization, CTEs, window functions) Experience working in modern data stacks (DBT, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Spark) Comfortable performing cohort analyses, funnel analyses, and A/B testing Solid understanding of statistics Experience designing clear, actionable dashboards and visualizations Confident collaborating across teams, translating business problems into data-driven solutions Ability to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can balance multiple priorities Display ownership, autonomy, and curiosity
