Requirements:
Proven experience as a GM, Head of Studio or relevant role Solid experience as a Project Manager, Producer and/or PMO in the video games industry Strong tactical acumen Proven track record strategic planning and business growth Strong revenue knowledge and headcount growth Driving operational efficiencies, quality and cost reduction Developing and implementing effective growth strategies Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics Experience with Big4 audits Experience with IT/Business infrastructure Experience in recruiting, developing, and overseeing a performance-driven team Adept at strategic decision-making and problem-solving Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven leadership background in game development 3-4 years experience at a service provider (full cycle game development, codev or art outsourcing studios) 10+ years of experience in the games or entertainment industry Extensive hands-on production or project management work 6+ years in an executive or senior leadership role Track record of success managing large cross-functional teams Delivering multiple projects across various platforms Experience in service-oriented environments Strong strategic mindset, business acumen Ability to balance creative vision with operational excellence
Responsibilities:
Define Studio Vision Formulate strategic plans Identify new business opportunities Drive day-to-day studio operations Oversee IT, Legal, Production, HR, Recruitment Drive operational efficiencies, quality, and cost reduction Drive company's quarterly and yearly OKR Establish effective process-level cooperation with senior management Build and Lead Teams Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability and teamwork Drive support ongoing training and professional development Foster an environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention Develop and execute Studio strategy to achieve revenue and margin targets Take ownership of the Studio P&L Decompose budget targets and execution responsibility Provide monthly Studio management reporting, quarterly Studio forecasting, and annual Studio budgeting Establish effective capacity planning tools Partner with CFO and CEO to establish effective motivation plans and bonus systems
