Lead live product demos for prospective clients. Design and adapt workflows for diverse markets. Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams for smooth rollouts. Represent Tandem at international conferences and events. Guide clinicians through onboarding, training, and support. Troubleshoot and solve problems for clinician success. Build templates and prompts for AI assistant evolution. Manage clinical safety incidents and optimize internal operations.
