Requirements:
10+ years of industry experience in software development, including individual contributor and management/mentorship roles. Demonstrated experience implementing AI solutions into internal tooling & external products. 1+ years experience with Generative AI models and techniques. Strong expertise and use of Typescript and/or Javascript. Experience with backend web development and architecting REST APIs. Deep understanding and proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience managing software in cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure. Experience conducting code reviews and unit testing.
Responsibilities:
Architecting robust, scalable, and thoroughly tested solutions. Contribute to expanding code base functionality and performance. Integrate AI tools and agents into development workflows. Collaborate with Product and Design teams to evolve platform roadmap. Evaluate end-to-end technical designs. Lead and mentor junior and mid-level engineers. Guide team on best practices, architectural decisions, and new technologies. Drive code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
