Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience with PLS-CADD (essential). Strong understanding of transmission line design principles. Experience working with LiDAR or point cloud datasets. Degree in Electrical, Civil, Structural, or Geospatial Engineering (or related field). Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken).
Responsibilities:
Process LiDAR data to create accurate 3D models of power line networks. Build and analyze overhead transmission line models in PLS-CADD. Perform structural, clearance, and sag-tension analysis according to engineering standards. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with technical specifications. Collaborate with GIS and LiDAR teams to ensure smooth data integration. Generate reports, profiles, and drawings for design validation and project delivery.
