Team Lead AI Engineer

Proven experience designing, training, and deploying AI/ML models (end-to-end lifecycle). Strong expertise in NLP, conversational AI, and agent-based architectures. Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Familiarity with cloud deployment and scalable systems. Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and manage a team. Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher).

Design, fine-tune, and deploy AI models and intelligent agent-based products. Create and integrate AI-powered workflows. Establish benchmarking and testing frameworks. Define the engineering vision and roadmap. Lead and mentor engineers. Collaborate closely with product, data, and leadership teams. Stay at the forefront of AI/ML and NLP research.
