Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations (SOAP, REST, JSON). Experience with ServiceNow scripting and APIs. ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred. Experience or understanding of CX technologies (Salesforce, Genesys, Microsoft Dynamics, Cisco WCC, AWS Connect, NICE CXone) ideally.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on client requirements. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and ACLs in ServiceNow. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using APIs and web services. Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications. Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features.
