4+ years of experience as a software engineer Experienced in designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale using technologies like Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes Experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue Experience defining a technical plan for the delivery of a significant feature or system component with an elegant, simple, and extensible design Proficient at making significant changes in a large codebase Demonstrated ownership of growth, proactively seeking feedback Strong verbal and written communication skills

Own and deliver quarterly goals for the team Lead engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems Support peers and stakeholders in the product development lifecycle Proactively identify, advocate for, and lead the resolution of project, process, technology, or business issues Support operations and availability of team's artifacts Foster a culture of quality and ownership on the team Help develop talent on the team by providing feedback and guidance
