Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business. 2-5 years' experience within financial services. Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret contracts. Proficient in all Microsoft Office products. Takes ownership of issues and follows through to resolution. Can work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor assigned post-closing releases. Review transactional agreements and contracts to extract relevant legal information. Analyze post-closing contractual obligations. Coordinate with Operations Team for distribution waterfalls and timely fund release. Prepare post-closing release materials and update release materials with Compliance Analyst Team. Communicate and collaborate with internal departments. Facilitate problem resolution. Manage and execute special projects. Deliver training as requested.
