Software Engineer II (Oracle EBS Developer)

6+ years of development experience in the Information Technology field. 3+ years of experience with the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), including Oracle EBS 12.x. Experience upgrading Oracle E-Business Suite. Experience with Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Internet Directory, and WebLogic. Experience with disaster recovery planning and procedures. Experience working in an Agile environment. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the Information Technology field focusing on development projects using DevSecOps and AWS cloud environments with experience in AI/ML. Experience working in AWS, software containerization and Agile development processes. Three (3) years of specific software engineering experience related to front-end and back-end applications and/or data services. Experience in large scale, high performance enterprise big data application deployment and solution architecture on complex heterogeneous environments in AWS. Experience with full stack engineering, including three (3) years of experience deploying production enterprise applications in AWS. Experience with automation and engineering tasks, AI/ML implementation, data, infrastructure/operations, and security engineer tasks in USCIS cloud environments.

Coordinate and assist with deployment and support activities. Maintain systems configuration and manage system fixes, upgrades, and enhancements. Administer Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) application tier. Patch application tier using adpatch and AD Online Patching (ADOP). Clone EBS environments. Assist in preparing and providing custom reports from the application. Participate in design meetings. Provide support for downstream testing efforts and defect resolution. Work with agile teams to design, build, and deliver cloud-based solutions. Coordinate integration testing across multiple teams. Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint demos). Oracle DBA experience (19c pluggable database) including installation, patching, upgrades, bug fixes, tablespace management, account management, performance tuning, and PLSQL debugging. Oracle E-Business Suite experience including installation, patching, upgrades, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Internet Directory, SSO integration, Oracle reports, WebLogic, AWS services (EC2, backup/recovery, VPC, security group management), and operating systems (Linux administration, account management, shell scripting).
