Familiar with Zendesk, Shopify, TikTok and Shopee is a big plus. Independent, proactive, and fast learner. Staying closely connected with the Singapore team. Maintain clear communication and strong collaboration with the team.
Responsibilities:
Attend to customers’ enquiries through phone call, email, social media platforms. Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service. Assist customers with after-sales service issues. Handle sales orders and exchanges/returns by collaborating with other departments. Manage customer’s complaints and initialise service recovery. Assist customers’ on Shopify custom order. Provide customer service insights to the Ksisters’ team. Liaise with our courier partners to ensure smooth delivery. Liaise with our stockist or partners on product delivery etc. Handle any other ad hoc duties as designated
