Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus) Proven experience as a Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales role Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism Good listening skills and attention to detail Familiarity with CRM systems and lead-tracking tools (preferred) Basic computer literacy, including email and spreadsheet use Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong English speaking and comprehension skills Willingness to work flexible hours if required
