Tax Director - Mergers and Acquisition

CPA or EA required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred) US Taxation Knowledge Required Proven track record in driving business growth and strategic partnerships Minimum 7 years of experience in public accounting or consulting, with a focus on M&A tax Strong knowledge of partnership taxation, corporate reorganizations, and ASC 740 Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver high-quality results Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills Entrepreneurial mindset

Lead tax structuring and planning for M&A transactions Oversee tax due diligence and risk assessments Advise clients on tax implications of deal structures Collaborate with cross-functional teams Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor Mentor and develop junior staff Contribute to business development efforts Champion sustainable workplace practices
