Maintain pipeline hygiene: role intake, scorecards, weekly reporting, and balanced source mix. Run background checks, verify insurance/right-to-work, and coordinate contract issuance. Build and maintain tagged talent pools by cuisine, dietary complexity, and location. Report weekly on pipeline metrics, bottlenecks, and next actions. Handover cleanly to Operations with full notes, start date, and availability. Improve the playbook for sourcing, email templates, and onboarding.
