3D Operations R&D Specialist - 'Chief Architect' (CAD)

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architect (or similar) specializing in Chief Architect Subject matter expertise with 3D architectural software, specifically Chief Architect, and associated reconstruction processes, tools, and workflows. Understanding of 3D reconstruction leveraging point clouds or textured mesh. Understanding of current industry plugins and best practices for 3D reconstruction using Chief Architect. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (upper-intermediate level or higher) Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to manage multiple competing workflows / priorities Strong familiarity with the Google suite of tools (e.g. Gdocs, Gsheets, etc)

Oversee the testing and analysis of new technologies and methodologies to enhance our modeling processes. Develop test plans and deliver reports on research findings and project progress to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders. Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and optimization in the production of 3D CAD models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative solutions into the existing operational pipeline. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in 3D modeling and LiDAR technology.
