5+ years of experience as a software engineer. Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems. Proficient in Python or Kotlin. Familiar with distributed systems, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes. Mastery in taking a business scenario into a software solution. Ability to navigate large codebases, debug code, and provide feedback through code reviews. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver in phases. Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics. Design, develop, test, maintain, and evolve APIs. Create and monitor metrics, and support operational efforts. Engage in growth and development activities, including participation in interviews.
