Responsibilities:
Execute entry plans for priority markets Secure distributors and open first anchor accounts Identify, pitch, and onboard distributor partners Manage day-to-day distributor relationships Win retail doors across convenience, smoke/vape, wellness, and dispensary channels Own pipeline, presentations, and negotiations for retail sell-in Work with teams on training and POS materials for sell-through support Target and expand high-value chains and independents Track pipeline progress, doors opened, velocity, and reorder cadence Ensure all launches align with state-by-state compliance rules
