Manager, Product Design

Proven experience managing and growing product designers. Hands-on design expertise and ability to provide direction, feedback, and technical guidance. Experience collaborating closely with PM, Engineering, and Data Science/ML. Strong ability to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day prioritization and execution. Operational skills and experience setting up processes, tools, and practices. Track record of building trust and alignment across cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Experience leading or contributing to high-profile initiatives and programs.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science/ML partners to shape mission team roadmaps and priorities. Provide design-focused leadership to India-based product mission teams. Co-create OKRs and KRs, define success metrics, and ensure impact is measured. Review and refine roadmaps with Product senior leadership. Partner with other mission teams to coordinate cross-functional initiatives. Mentor, coach, and grow designers on your team. Provide design direction and technical coaching. Build strong cross-functional relationships. Lead or support high-priority initiatives. Drive operational excellence by evolving design processes, tools, and team practices. Contribute to hiring, pipeline building, and recruitment efforts.
