Solutions Engineer, ERP integration projects (Ingeniero de soluciones) - Remote

5+ years in a technical client-facing role (Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Customer Support Engineer). Proven experience leading ERP integration projects in Latam, mainly Mexico or Colombia. Deep knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or TOTVS—including APIs and integration patterns. Experience managing third-party vendors and ERP consultants. Working proficiency in Spanish and English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Experience or interest in using AI tools to automate workflows.

Lead large-scale ERP integration projects from scoping to go-live. Act as the main technical point of contact for enterprise clients. Support the Sales process by explaining technical capabilities. Identify, evaluate, and manage third-party ERP consultants and vendors. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align roadmaps and resolve issues. Build strong client relationships. Anticipate and mitigate project and technical risks. Maintain clear and detailed documentation.
