3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, calendar/scheduling tools). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Experience working in e-commerce or digital-first businesses (Nice-to-Have). Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello) (Nice-to-Have). Experience in a fast-paced, startup-like environment (Nice-to-Have).
