Requirements
- 5+ years of experience independently leading a user facing web based product.
- 5+ years of litigation experience or working with litigators and litigation workflows.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) required.
- Deep understanding of litigation workflows and attorney case strategy.
- Passionate about improving current legal research solutions.
- Strong track record of delivering innovative, user centric products.
- Familiarity with search, AI/ML, or natural language technologies.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive docket search products, setting long-term strategy and roadmap features.
- Define and deliver AI based agentic search capabilities.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams.
- Use legal expertise to ensure AI powered features mirror litigation workflows.
- Lead discovery and validation with litigators and knowledge workers.
- Define success metrics measuring impact on attorneys' case preparation.
- Represent product vision externally with thought leadership.
