1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role (preferably in eCommerce or DTC environments) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to remain calm, positive, and resourceful in high-pressure situations Self-starter comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote setting Experience with helpdesk platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify is a plus) Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Slack
