Requirements:
Love for dogs and empathy. Patience and strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to find new ways to tackle challenges and improvise. Problem-solving skills. Bachelor's Degree (preferred). Experience in customer-centric roles (preferred). Experience with pets or health-foods (preferred). Experience with Gladly or a similar platform (a plus).
Responsibilities:
Represent the Ollie brand voice to customers. Deliver memorable customer experiences to build relationships. Manage customer relationships across multiple channels. Accurately track and monitor customer feedback and interactions. Help drive initiatives for a world-class customer experience. Develop and lead projects to improve the Ollie experience.
