Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred). 7+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or channel leadership, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem and with VAR/channel partners. Deep understanding of Microsoft partner programs, cloud solutions, and enterprise software. Proven track record of building and scaling VAR ecosystems and driving joint GTM initiatives. Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI tracking and reporting. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrixed environment.
Responsibilities:
Own and evolve the Microsoft partnership strategy. Serve as executive liaison to VAR and ISV partners. Lead joint planning sessions and executive business reviews. Drive adoption of Microsoft cloud solutions and ERP integrations. Build and nurture relationships with VARs. Develop and execute programs to onboard new VAR partners. Collaborate with VARs to identify new market opportunities. Launch and manage joint GTM campaigns with Microsoft and VAR partners. Oversee account mapping and pipeline development. Track and report on partnership KPIs. Oversee partnership operations. Work closely with internal teams to deliver joint solutions. Represent the company at Microsoft and industry events. Facilitate executive alignment and cross-company collaboration. Advocate for the needs of Microsoft and VAR partners internally.
