Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred). 7+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or channel leadership, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem and with VAR/channel partners. Deep understanding of Microsoft partner programs, cloud solutions, and enterprise software. Proven track record of building and scaling VAR ecosystems and driving joint GTM initiatives. Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI tracking and reporting. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrixed environment.
