High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or accounting coursework is a plus. Proven experience in administrative support, billing, or accounting assistant roles. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM/accounting platforms (preferably MS SL or similar). Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desirable). Strong understanding of invoices, billing, sales tax filing, and reconciliations. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written English skills; verbal fluency preferred. Ability to work independently, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines. Professional remote work environment and reliable internet. Availability to work full-time within U.S. time zones (PST, CST, or EST). Attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Comfortable using task management and communication tools. Introductory video submission required as part of the hiring process.
