Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2+ years’ experience integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP, CRM, or legacy systems. Proficiency in C#, PowerShell, JavaScript, and automation scripting. Hands-on experience with Azure integration services (API Management, Event Grid, Logic Apps). Strong skills in data mapping, cleansing, and validation for Dynamics 365/Power Platform. Familiarity with Dataverse and Power Platform architecture. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop secure, scalable integrations for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Build and manage integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Service Bus, and custom connectors. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, OData endpoints, and web services for data exchange. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations to ensure performance and reliability. Collaborate with analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver aligned solutions. Document integration designs, workflows, and provide stakeholder reporting. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and organizational standards. Promote best practices and support continuous improvement of integration processes.
