Act as the company’s HubSpot Owner, managing platform setup, optimization, and integrations. Build and customize HubSpot workflows, modules, templates, and landing pages. Maintain integrations with Shopify, ERP, CRM, ad platforms, and reporting tools. Ensure data consistency and governance across systems. Design and implement lead nurturing workflows. Manage lead scoring models and ensure proper routing to sales teams. Set up and monitor automated campaigns and perform A/B testing. Develop dashboards and custom reports to track campaign performance, lead attribution, and ROI. Monitor data quality and provide insights for Sales and Marketing leadership. Continuously optimize processes based on analytics and performance reviews. Collaborate with Sales to design automation that supports follow-ups, reminders, and pipeline visibility. Provide training and documentation to ensure Sales and Marketing teams effectively use HubSpot. Stay updated with HubSpot best practices and implement improvements proactively. Ensure templates, landing pages, and email layouts are on-brand and user-friendly. Ability to make light design adjustments when needed.
