Lead 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development plans. Mentor junior profiles and guide learning paths for trainees. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and learning. Monitor delivery KPIs and project health, identify risks, and propose improvements. Contribute to evolving internal playbooks and SDLC practices. Own onboarding documentation and ensure knowledge sharing. Engage directly with clients to ensure delivery alignment and service quality. Lead or support technical assessments and estimations during pre-sales. Proactively monitor project delivery, propose enhancements, and identify growth opportunities. Act as a technical point of contact and trusted partner with clients.
