6+ years of experience in software engineering 2+ years leading engineering teams (5–15 people) Proven experience delivering projects with Agile, DevOps, and modern SDLC practices Strong technical skills across Java, .NET, Angular Experience in code reviews and architectural decision-making Familiarity with performance cycles: feedback, goals, development plans Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed architectures Advanced English (C1)

Act as Tech Lead in closed-scope projects or agile squads. Promote and implement SDLC best practices. Provide hands-on technical support and ensure architectural consistency. Conduct technical evaluations and coding challenges. Validate and approve critical technical decisions and system architectures. Manage performance and growth of 5-15 engineers across 2-4 projects. Lead 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development plans. Mentor junior profiles and guide learning paths for trainees. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and learning. Monitor delivery KPIs and project health, identify risks, and propose improvements. Contribute to evolving internal playbooks and SDLC practices. Own onboarding documentation and ensure knowledge sharing. Engage directly with clients to ensure delivery alignment and service quality. Lead or support technical assessments and estimations during pre-sales. Proactively monitor project delivery, propose enhancements, and identify growth opportunities. Act as a technical point of contact and trusted partner with clients.
