Senior Product Software Engineer

3+ years of building highly performant web applications Experience collaborating closely with Product & Design to design, implement and iterate on high impact end-to-end product experiences Ability to clearly explain complex things you’ve built to others, identifying tradeoffs and hard problems solved. Experience with how software is made by a team on a shared codebase, articulating effective and ineffective communication, development processes and tooling. Thrived in remote settings, excelling in async communication, independent work, and time management. Legally able to work within Canada

Rapidly build new features that users will love, continuously refining them based on feedback. Contribute to code reviews, technical spec reviews, technical planning, and architectural decision-making. Take responsibility and ownership of projects from start to finish. Find solutions to optimize bottlenecks and general system-wide performance, keeping the tech stack updated. Collaborate with team members on designing scalable, and well-documented web architecture, including APIs and backend systems. Work directly with our customer success team to solve customer-impacting problems.
