Head of Generative AI

15+ years of experience in engineering & delivery of technology services. At least 5 years leading large-scale, client-facing engineering or applied AI practices. Prior accountability for delivery outcomes at enterprise scale. Deep expertise in applied GenAI systems (agentic workflows, copilots, multimodal integration, orchestration frameworks, enterprise deployment). Proven record of building and managing senior technical teams. Hands-on familiarity with applied Generative AI. Track record of working directly with C-level stakeholders in Fortune 500 or equivalent enterprises. Experience shaping consulting-style or services-led programs. Strong business acumen. Demonstrated ability to scale operations. Exceptional communication skills and credibility in executive-level interactions. Background in Computer Science, Data Science or relevant field, with a strong preference for advanced degrees and/or recognized thought leadership in AI.

Lead Turing’s Generative AI practice with enterprise clients. Interact with clients to ideate and design AI solutions. Oversee design, build, and deployment of GenAI-powered applications. Lead and manage Generative AI and Forward-Deployed Engineering teams. Build trusted partnerships with senior enterprise stakeholders. Define and enforce rigorous engineering standards for GenAI applications. Develop repeatable playbooks and best practices for applied GenAI deployment. Partner with commercial teams to scope, shape, and resource programs. Act as the accountable executive for engineering & delivery excellence in Generative AI applications.
