Senior Backend Engineer (Solana)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience) 5+ years professional experience as a Backend Engineer Strong focus on backend development and architecture Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js Experience building fast, reliable API endpoints handling over 1M requests per day Mature approach to automated testing, monitoring, and observability Highly proficient in designing and optimizing relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) Skilled in using caching mechanisms like Redis Skilled at troubleshooting and problem-solving in fast-paced environments Familiar with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools Collaborate effectively across teams Strong attention to detail and writing clean, maintainable, and reusable code

Architect, build, and ship scalable backend systems Design, implement, and optimize APIs Build pipelines for blockchain transactions and financial data Own database design, optimization, and reliability Implement caching and performance strategies Lead backend feature development Diagnose and resolve scalability and performance issues Improve testing, monitoring, and observability Collaborate with frontend, product, and data teams
