Requirements
- Significant knowledge of the crypto industry
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with data modeling, schema design, data operations, and data warehousing
- Personal experience building backend systems at scale with a focus on data processing and ingestion
- Proficiency in Typescript, Go, and/or Python
- Strong expertise in SQL (Postgres, dbt, Hypertables)
- Deep experience creating data warehouses using Timescale, Snowflake, and/or BigQuery
- Experience using DevOps tools like Docker, CI/CD, and AWS
- Hands-on experience with Solana is a significant advantage
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of data models and strategies
- Design, develop, implement, and evolve data pipelines
- Own data sourcing pipelines and data warehousing strategy
- Implement ETL solutions, including blockchain node access and schema modeling
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team
- Drive operational efficiency and automate routine tasks
- Collaborate with Research, Product, and Engineering teams
