Requirements:
University degree (preferably in Informatics, Computer Science or related field) Excellent written and spoken German (native or C2) English at least C1 Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience in presales, project management, software development, IT consulting or administrative support (Nice-to-Have) Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and IT terminology (Nice-to-Have) Knowledge of other languages, in particular French and/or Greek (Nice-to-Have)
Responsibilities:
Develop understanding of company projects, procedures, technologies and capabilities Analyze tender specifications, identify inconsistencies, and ask clarification questions Coordinate with technical and legal teams to collect and translate inputs to German Write and review tender documents Ensure completeness and timely submission of tenders
