Drive the design-led vision and execution for complex, strategic projects Conduct generative user research to uncover opportunities and test hypotheses Own strategy and hands-on execution across native mobile (iOS & Android) and web platforms Advance playbooks, patterns, and frameworks to improve the design process Collaborate with senior leaders to shape roadmaps and prioritize user needs Support the growth of Senior Designers through informal leadership and feedback
