Requirements:
5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior technical role. Full Stack engineer or Backend engineer with a desire to learn Full Stack. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Go, with ideally knowledge of Python, React and Node.js. Strong knowledge of software engineering practices, design patterns, and architectural principles. Experience with Git/GitHub. Excellent communication skills in English. Demonstrated ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders and translate business challenges into technical requirements.
