Requirements:
Scaled a startup from <$1M ARR to $10M+ Zero ego, focused on building, executing, and winning. Enjoys building systems, hiring teams, fixing ops, and holding people accountable. Thinks in metrics, dashboards, and deliverables. Experience working inside a SaaS company or as a brilliant generalist. Comfortable working with high performers at a demanding pace. Experience in the creator economy, B2C, DTC SaaS, or social-media-focused tech is a bonus. Understanding of viral growth, affiliate ecosystems, and creator-led growth loops is a bonus. Product owner / product manager experience is a bonus. Experience building customer support, onboarding, and/or affiliate systems from scratch is a bonus.
Responsibilities:
Run the business day-to-day, manage team, meetings, KPIs, and execution across departments. Act as product owner, prioritizing features, gathering user feedback, and shipping updates. Hold people accountable, build hiring systems, and foster a world-class team. Build SOPs, checklists, reporting dashboards, and automations for scaling. Extract user feedback and translate it into roadmap actions. Coordinate initiatives for user onboarding, retention, and revenue expansion. Build and lead the affiliate marketing engine for user acquisition.
