Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a software development role with a focus on testing and automation. Experience mentoring other engineers and leading technical discussions. Strong experience testing web applications and APIs. Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Go). Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining test automation frameworks. Experience with or strong interest in leveraging AI/LLM technologies. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing principles. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and infrastructure. Develop tools that enable developers to write and execute tests efficiently. Collaborate with development teams to ensure testability in software design. Automate complex testing scenarios for functional, visual, and performance testing. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Take ownership of critical testing infrastructure and synthetic data generation.
