Senior Analyst, FP&A

4-8 years of relevant professional experience in a highly analytical role Expert level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint & Google Slides Demonstrated experience in modeling, analysis, research and presentation creation Proven track record of defining and executing quantitative analyses with limited supervision Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy Resourcefulness in researching and gathering data Comfort in dealing with and solving ambiguous, novel, and unpredictable challenges Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience in cross-functional role (preferred) Master’s in Finance, Operations Research, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline (preferred) Hands-on experience with MPP databases, such as Redshift and BigQuery (preferred) Proven ability with NetSuite and FP&A software (preferred) Experience using AI tools for finance / FP&A (preferred) SQL, Looker, R or Python skills (preferred)

Build, maintain and enhance Lob’s company financial model Monitor progress against annual budget and update forecasts with Management and functional leaders Prepare and review monthly reporting packages with detailed financial analysis Assist Management in identifying and evaluating strategic initiatives and M&A opportunities Develop and standardize reporting across organizations Provide analytical support for cross-functional partners Generate insights into business drivers using statistical methods Create presentations for Management, Lob’s Board of Directors, and investors Assist in executing ad hoc business-critical reports and analyses
