Full-stack Engineer - Customer Experience

Experience building billing systems or working with payment providers Experience with authentication/authorization systems Understanding of usage metering and reporting in SaaS or API-driven products Strong background in full-stack engineering Familiarity with a frontend framework (Svelte) Previous experience with a backend language (Rust or Go) Comfortable interfacing with Kubernetes

Own the design and implementation of the customer portal Partner with product and design to deliver smooth customer experiences Work across the stack: backend services, frontend dashboards, and integrations Integrate with infrastructure and data pipelines for usage metering Ensure the platform is secure, resilient, and scalable
