Experience managing a team against profitability and revenue targets. Proven ability to understand and respond to creative briefs. Experience setting the creative standard and providing feedback. Demonstrated curiosity and understanding of audiences and trends. Experience in developing creative artifacts (treatments, storyboards, etc.). Ability to adapt to latest toolsets and technology. Bachelor’s Degree in a creative, marketing, or communications-related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience and working knowledge of creative types and formats across earned channels, social media platforms, and emerging technologies. Detailed understanding of social, content, and digital best practices. Basic understanding of UI design principles and best practices. Understanding of production process spanning content types and formats.
