Establish successful relationships with undergraduates to advise, support, and motivate them in the pursuit of their career goals Conduct practice interviews and provide feedback Support interns through the internship experience and post-internship offer process Document and provide detailed inputs regarding participant interactions Participate in and provide content for SEO’s training curriculum Attend scheduled specialist meetings
