Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in a senior role within a principal investor/operator company (Data center, real estate, etc.). Strong financial acumen and experience with financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence. Proven experience in underwriting and valuation of development opportunities, land acquisitions, and transactions. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude, quick learner, and self-starter.
Responsibilities:
Execute corporate development strategy to support company growth. Evaluate M&A targets, strategic investments, and partnership opportunities. Manage the end-to-end deal process: due diligence, valuation, structuring, and integration. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Identify trends, opportunities, and threats via market and competitive analysis. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team. Perform financial modeling, valuation, and scenario planning. Prepare and present investment memos and board presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless initiative execution. Facilitate post-merger integration.
