Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a senior role within a principal investor/operator company (Data center, real estate, etc.).
- Strong financial acumen and experience with financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
- Proven experience in underwriting and valuation of development opportunities, land acquisitions, and transactions.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, quick learner, and self-starter.
Responsibilities
- Execute corporate development strategy to support company growth.
- Evaluate M&A targets, strategic investments, and partnership opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end deal process: due diligence, valuation, structuring, and integration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and threats via market and competitive analysis.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team.
- Perform financial modeling, valuation, and scenario planning.
- Prepare and present investment memos and board presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless initiative execution.
- Facilitate post-merger integration.
