Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in a senior role within a principal investor/operator company (Data center, real estate, etc.). Strong financial acumen and experience with financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence. Proven experience in underwriting and valuation of development opportunities, land acquisitions, and transactions. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude, quick learner, and self-starter.
