Cloud Infrastructure Administrator II

1+ years experience in production operations. 1+ years of database, network administration, or system administration experience. Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and protocols. Familiarity with Active Directory, clustering, DNS, and DHCP. Familiarity with vulnerability management tools. Familiarity with analytics tools like Splunk and Elastic Stack. Practical experience in administration of Linux and Windows infrastructure. Familiarity with ticketing tools like Jira and ServiceNow. Proficiency in at least one primary scripting language (Bash, Python, PowerShell). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting cloud operations and automation in Azure, AWS, and/or GCP. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and orchestration/automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible. Experience supporting a 24x7x365 highly-available environment for a SaaS vendor. Cloud-based networking experience. Experience working within container orchestration solutions such as Kubernetes, Docker, EKS and/or ECS. Experience working within an automated CI/CD pipeline. Knowledge of encryption technologies.

Coordinate with client product teams and stakeholders to monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure. Execute standard operating procedures and troubleshoot issues within cloud environments. Perform systems administration duties including user access management, patching, and updates. Maintain compliance controls using Group Policy and configuration files. Implement and configure software/tooling updates. Work across AWS, Azure, and GCP, troubleshooting native services. Configure and tune cloud-based tools, manage cost, security, and compliance. Respond to environment-specific alerts and review dashboards.
