Corporate Lawyer

Master Degree in Law (international law, corporate law, or finance law) At least 2 years in a legal role with a focus on international financial services, multi-asset brokerage, and/or VASP Strong knowledge of international laws and multi-jurisdictional compliance Experience with account openings and relationship management for EMIs, banks, and PSPs Hands-on crypto licensing experience: MiCA/CASP (or readiness projects), VASP Experience designing global structures and tax planning Strong analytical capability for scenario analysis Confident preparation of regulatory packs and engagement with regulatory authorities Intermediate level of English

Design global corporate and IP structures with tax and regulatory considerations. Secure crypto licenses in the EU and key non-EU hubs. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts. Manage account openings and relationships with financial institutions. Identify and manage legal risks associated with brokerage and crypto activities. Oversee disputes and litigation.
