Funds Lawyer

Minimum of 4 Years experience working as a Funds Lawyer UK qualified (or equivalent), working with US/ International law firms ranked by the legal 500. Proven experience in fund formation and distribution, with a strong legal background. Expertise or familiarity with UCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) regulations. Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide clear, concise legal advice. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.

Lead and manage the Fund structuring, Fund formation, and Fund distribution of various types of investment funds. Provide strategic legal guidance on fund-related matters to optimize compliance and operational efficiency. Draft and negotiate various legal documents related to the fund, including those related to investment terms, investor agreements, management agreements, and other contractual arrangement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative legal solutions and support business objectives.
